Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VaishnaviTyagi.com, all services, programs, consultations, and digital offerings are designed as personalized, time-bound, and intellectual property–based experiences. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, outlined clearly below.

1. NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All purchases made on this website or through affiliated platforms (including but not limited to consultations, coaching programs, retainers, intensives, digital products, PDFs, workshops, or sessions) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a service is booked or a digital product is accessed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage, attendance, or completion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• 1:1 consultations

• Short-term reset sessions

• Coaching programs and packages

• Long-term retainers

• Offline intensives

• Digital resources, PDFs, recordings, or frameworks

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY (SESSIONS ONLY)

If you have booked a 1:1 session or consultation, the following applies:

• You may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session

• Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability

• Requests made within 24 hours of the session time will be treated as a no-show

• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund

3. PROGRAMS, PACKAGES & RETAINERS

For multi-session programs, packages, or retainers:

• Once the program has commenced, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided

• Missed sessions are not refundable or replaceable

• Program timelines, access periods, and deliverables are fixed unless otherwise stated in writing

Payment plans (if offered) do not change the refund policy. You are committing to the full program upon enrollment.

4. OFFLINE & VIP EXPERIENCES

All Offline Style Intensives™, VIP Days, or in-person services are:

• Non-refundable once booked

• Reschedulable only if requested at least 72 hours in advance

• Subject to availability and logistical constraints

Any travel, accommodation, or third-party costs incurred by the client are the client’s responsibility.

5. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Change of mind

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Lack of perceived results

• Non-participation or incomplete engagement

• Emotional discomfort during the transformation process

In rare cases where a session cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, an alternative date or equivalent service will be offered.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, frameworks, methods, recordings, and documents shared are the intellectual property of Vaishnavi Tyagi and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed under any circumstances.

Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
