I’m Vaishnavi Tyagi, an Image Transformation Architect and the creator of METAMORPH, a method that decodes why people feel “off” in their image, confidence, and presence and then rebuilds it from the inside out.

My work sits at the intersection of image psychology, identity work, embodied presence, and strategic styling. I don’t believe style problems are surface-level issues. They are almost always a reflection of deeper identity shifts, emotional cycles, life transitions, and unaligned self-perception.

Over the years, I’ve worked with ambitious women, professionals, founders, and leaders who were doing well externally but felt disconnected, invisible, or inconsistent internally. METAMORPH was built to solve exactly that.
